Compliance Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Compliance Manager to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. As a Compliance Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our organization operates in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies. You will be responsible for developing and implementing compliance programs, conducting audits and investigations, and providing guidance to employees on compliance matters. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of regulatory compliance requirements, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
2. Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify compliance risks and areas for improvement.
3. Investigate and resolve compliance issues, including the development of corrective action plans.
4. Provide training and education to employees on compliance-related topics.
5. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and industry best practices.
6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance in all areas of the organization.
7. Prepare and submit regulatory reports and filings as required.
8. Monitor changes in regulatory requirements and update compliance programs accordingly.
9. Develop and maintain strong relationships with regulatory agencies and industry associations.
10. Conduct risk assessments and develop strategies to mitigate compliance risks.

Preferred Candidate:

1. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a compliance role.
2. Bachelor's degree in business, law, or a related field.
3. Strong understanding of regulatory compliance requirements.
4. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
5. Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.
6. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
7. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
8. Experience with risk assessment and mitigation strategies.
9. Knowledge of industry best practices and emerging trends in compliance.
10. Professional certification in compliance or related field (e.g., Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional) is preferred.
