Eram Engineering, a reputable engineering firm, is currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Manager to oversee construction activities for a prestigious project in Neom. As a Construction Manager, you will be responsible for managing the construction process, ensuring adherence to project plans and specifications, and leading a team of construction professionals to deliver high-quality results.

• Manage the overall construction process, including planning, coordination, and execution
• Ensure compliance with project plans, specifications, and quality standards
• Coordinate with project stakeholders, including clients, designers, and subcontractors
• Oversee the selection and procurement of construction materials and equipment
• Review and interpret construction drawings, contracts, and related documentation
• Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of milestones
• Manage project budget and resources effectively
• Implement and enforce safety protocols and practices
• Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the construction process
