Description
JASARA PMC is currently hiring a Contract Administrator to join our team. As a Contract Administrator, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing all aspects of contract administration for our civil engineering projects. You will be responsible for ensuring that contracts are executed in compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and industry standards.
In this role, you will be responsible for drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts and amendments, maintaining contract records, and assisting with contract-related issues and disputes. You will work closely with internal teams, external stakeholders, and legal professionals to ensure that contract terms and conditions are met.
The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work independently. A background in civil engineering or construction projects is preferred.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as Engineering, Business, or Law. Minimum of 10 years of experience in contract administration or a related role. Strong knowledge of contract law and procurement regulations. Excellent negotiation and communication skills. Ability to analyze contract terms and conditions. Proficiency in contract management software and tools. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Experience in civil engineering or construction projects is preferred.* Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
