Cost Analyst

We are currently seeking a Cost Analyst to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. As a Cost Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing and monitoring costs related to our company's operations. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently. The ideal candidate should have at least 4 years of experience in cost analysis or a related field.

Responsibilities:

1. Analyze and monitor costs related to our company's operations
2. Develop and maintain cost models and cost tracking systems
3. Identify cost-saving opportunities and provide recommendations to management
4. Prepare cost reports and forecasts for management review
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather cost data and validate accuracy
6. Participate in budgeting and forecasting activities
7. Conduct variance analysis to identify and explain cost variances
8. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
9. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in cost analysis

Preferred Candidate:

1. Minimum of 4 years of experience in cost analysis or a related field
2. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools
5. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
6. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
7. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
8. Ability to work well in cross-functional teams
9. Knowledge of cost accounting principles and practices
10. Familiarity with ERP systems and cost management software
