Position: Cost Manager - MEP (KSA National)
Job Summary:
The Cost Manager - MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) is responsible for providing expert assistance in all cost management procedures related to MEP systems in projects. This role requires a deep understanding of construction costs, estimating, and budgeting for MEP installations. The Cost Manager - MEP will work closely with project teams and clients to ensure that MEP costs are accurately estimated, controlled, and monitored throughout the project lifecycle. This position requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a broad understanding of MEP systems.
What this job involves:
Desired skills and experience for this:
Previous experience working in the Middle East
Degree in a related subject (BSc Quantity Surveying)
MRICS would be advantageous but not essential.
Experience pre and post-contract in project/program delivery teams.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in cost management, specifically in MEP systems.
In-depth knowledge of MEP systems, construction methods, and materials.
Use CostX, Excel and other Microsoft Office programs to an advanced level
Knowledge of local regulations and standards for MEP installations in KSA is preferred
