Cost Optimization Section Manager
Job Description
Maintain the gateway process (i.e., governance framework) designed for the Spending Efficiency Committee (“SEC”).
Conduct monthly meetings with the SEC to provide updates on the status of opportunities identified, complications, and support needed.
Perform periodic meetings with the Qualification Committee (“QC”) to study how valid the gathered spending efficiency opportunities are.
Track pending requirements with regards to the defined spending efficiency opportunities and contact all relevant stakeholders accordingly.
Manage the interactions with EXPRO through timely submissions of required reports
Maintain an open channel with EXPRO to remain up-to-date with all the changes taking place.
Obtain and analyze EXPRO’s spending efficiency pillars to have them allocated over relevant sectors.
