Credit Clerk - Hotel Industry

As a Credit Clerk, you will be responsible for assisting in managing the credit function and supporting the Credit Manager in ensuring timely payment of invoices and maintaining accurate customer records.

• Assist in assessing the creditworthiness of new and existing customers
• Process and accurately record customer payment transactions
• Monitor and manage customer accounts to ensure timely payment
• Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies or disputes
• Review and analyze accounts receivable aging reports
• Assist in negotiating payment plans and arrangements with customers
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records
• Provide administrative support to the Credit Manager as needed
• Adhere to credit policies and procedures
• Stay updated on industry best practices and changes in credit regulations
