The Ministry of Health (MoH) in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia is undergoing a National Transformation and Corporatization Program which is focused on transitioning the MoH to be purely a regulator of healthcare. Care delivery will be managed through a network of government-owned Corporations and provided through numerous clusters. The Clusters will be working to transition to become Accountable Care Organizations (ACOs).
This is a long transformational journey over a number of years so a phased approach will be followed to ensure proper planning, preparation and execution of all requirements.
