As the Director Saudi Technology Center (STC) for the Clean Ammonia & Hydrogen and Olefins Product Lines (PSL), you will be responsible for leading business development and project execution for related projects within KSA. Job duties include developing, implementing, and achieving the strategic and annual growth plans and associated budgets Saudi projects. Your responsibilities include the development and implementation of the Product Lines’ growth strategy, yearly operational objectives, organizational structure and staffing to ensure the right mix of talent for the offering range which includes licensed technology, basic engineering design, proprietary equipment, etc. Will need to build out execution team upon arrival.This role is responsible for all area functions including business planning, quarterly plan execution, business forecasting, staff development, staff management and recruitment. The role will also work closely with the ME Sales organization to develop appropriate strategies.
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering required, MBA preferred
15+ years’ experience, 5 of which should be in a management assignment.
7+ Experience in Ammonia and/or Olefins Technologies and the broader Industry.
