As an Electrical Design Engineer, you should always act professionally and with due diligence to fully safeguard the interests of the Company in all business activities.
Review the Electrical Design Package for Construction, As Built, and Co-ordination shop drawings.
Provide electrical requirements for the infrastructure utility facilities, such as irrigation buildings, potable station, lifting station, storm lifting station, district cooling plant, generator room, and Medium Voltage Switchgear Room, etc.
Prepare design documents such as the following, Design Criteria Report, Methodology, Specifications, BOQ and electrical Calculation Report and others as per Client requirement.
Review electrical system design requirement for infrastructure Projects.
Maintains all the design drawings to be updated according to revised layout all the time.
Implement and maintain a coordinated and consistent filing system work.
Adhere to Company Quality System and policies and procedures.
Can works with other discipline designers to support inter-discipline and space co-ordination works.
Knowledge and familiarity with the Electrical Design Standard like us the following SEC, IEC, NEC, NFPA, IEEE, and etc.
Preparing electrical markups for the cad designer and supervise their daily working hours task scheduling/planning.
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or related field
8+ years’ experience as an electrical engineer, with a focus on design
Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant software programs
Strong understanding of electrical codes and standards (NEC, NFPA, etc.)
Ability to create and interpret technical drawings
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
