The objective of the role is to be able to sell and support employers:

• Meet recruiters at various events
• Present jobs for Saudi to recruiters and HR
• Utilize our AI tools to shortlist the top candidates
• Present the candidates to the recruiters
• Prepare the top job seekers for interviews
• Routinely check in with recruiters to ensure that they are hiring successfully

• Excellent presentation and persuasion skills
• Excellent command of the English language
• A background in recruiting or HR is a big plus
• Highly organized and efficient
• Attentive to detail
