We are seeking an experienced Event Project Manager to join our team in the Eastern Province of Saudi Arabia. As an Event Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing a wide range of events, including conferences, exhibitions, product launches, and corporate parties. You will work closely with clients to understand their event requirements and ensure all aspects of the event run smoothly and successfully.

Responsibilities:

  1. Manage the end-to-end planning and execution process for events, including budgeting, venue selection, supplier management, and logistics.
  2. Collaborate with clients to understand their event objectives, and develop event concepts and themes that align with their goals.
  3. Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and other event stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of services and materials.
  4. Create and manage event timelines, schedules, and budgets, and track progress to ensure adherence to deadlines and financial targets.
  5. Oversee event setup, including floor plans, signage, audiovisual equipment, and seating arrangements.
  6. Manage event registration and attendee management, including ticketing, invitations, and RSVP tracking.
  7. Coordinate with marketing and communication teams to develop event promotional materials and strategies.
  8. Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to develop and implement event sponsorship opportunities and partnerships.
  9. Conduct post-event evaluations and analysis to measure event success and identify areas for improvement.

Preferred Candidate:

  1. Proven experience as an Event Project Manager or similar role, with a track record of successfully managing and executing events.
  2. Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders.
  4. Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities to handle any challenges that may arise during event planning and execution.
  5. Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced event environment.
