- Inspect the received machines (upon-arrival inspection) and/or the goods to be delivered (Pre-delivery inspection)
- Install and run the machines
- Apply the equipment upgrades
- Perform the in-service (present the machine operational parts to the user)
- Apply the Manufacturer’s preventive maintenance measures according to preset schedules agreed on with the Customer
- Repair the out-of-control equipment, and collect the Labour charge and the price of the used spare parts
- Decide on stocking the frequently needed spare parts
- Sell and execute the service contracts
- Generate and communicate sales leads to the sales team and report on Customers’ technical problems experienced with competitors
Key Performance Indicators:
- Achieved Turnover (from the sold service contracts, and labour charge) versus plan
- Timely installations, upgrades and completed preventive maintenance compared to plan and the Manufacturer’s recommendations
- Escalation reports to the Supervisor on non-completed jobs with reason(s)
- Generated Sales Leads communicated to the Sales team and feedback on competitors’ maintenance and technical shortfalls
- Customers’ feedback on delivered in-service
