Governance Risk Compliance Director

JASARA PMC, a leading program management company in Saudi Arabia, is currently seeking a Governance Risk Compliance Director to join our dynamic team. As the Governance Risk Compliance Director, you will play a critical role in overseeing and enhancing our governance, risk, and compliance framework to ensure adherence to regulations, industry standards, and internal policies. Join us in driving the success of social infrastructure programs and contributing to the development of Saudi Arabia's Vision 2030.

• Develop and implement the company's governance, risk, and compliance strategy and framework.
• Identify and assess potential risks related to governance and compliance and develop strategies to mitigate them.
• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, as well as industry standards and best practices.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including government entities, clients, and partners.
• Lead and facilitate risk assessments and compliance audits to identify areas for improvement.
• Create and deliver training programs on governance, risk, and compliance to employees.
• Manage and monitor the effectiveness of controls and processes to mitigate risks and ensure compliance.
• Provide guidance and support to project teams to ensure governance and compliance requirements are met.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and changes in regulations to keep the company informed and compliant.
