Guest Experience Supervisor


The Four Seasons Hotel Riyadh is looking for a Guest Experience Supervisor. Candidates with passion for excellence, expertise in hospitality operations and proven leadership experience are invited to apply for a career with Four Seasons. As a member of the Rooms Division, the Guest Experience Supervisor works across disciplines to deliver an exceptional experience.


Responsibilities:


  • Actively pursues chances to create guest-centric experiences throughout all facets of the hotel. 
  • Manage the guest journey of our top VIPs, suite guests and Four Seasons Elite guests pre, during and post their stay.
  • Review daily arrivals and departures to ensure proper handling of VIP and return guests.
  • Assist the Guest Experience Manager (GEM) by managing our Elite inbox, ensuring dedicated Elite guest email and phone lines are monitored during office hours. Handle Elite guest bookings and inquiries promptly and accurately, adhering to program standards. 
  • Responds to a wide variety of guest requests by accurately assessing the guest needs and requests and then adding personal recommendations and touches to achieve maximum customer satisfaction while complying with all Four Seasons’ policies.

Preferred Qualifications and Skills:


  • Previous high end hospitality experience.
  • Must be well organized and used to working in a multi-tasking environment.
  • Must be able to stand for the scheduled shift.
  • Require reading, writing and oral proficiency in English language.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and teamwork.
  • Strong organizational and self-guided multi-tasking skills.
