Responsible for all recruitment process and ensure all candidates are shortlisted/pre-screened within the proper requirement and timeline
in coordination with Regional Sales Manager
Coordination with PRO to complete appointment formalities like employment visa issuance or transfer of visa etc.
To maintain employee record and update HR filing system
Employee related matters from hiring till firing
To coordinate with PRO to complete all the formalities for final exit of employees
Check and update employee attendance record
To provide all the entries(leave entries, arrears and deductions etc.) to ensure timely processing of monthly payroll
To investigate and respond to employee complaints
To resolve employee queries in coordination with HR (HQ)
To process employee requests related to employee accommodation, annual leaves, annual leave tickets, other travel arrangements (in coordination with their respective managers and HR department in HQ), other salary and attendance related problems etc.
Shop visits to highlight the problems faced by the employees and to investigated certain issues if and when required
To respond to the employee complaints raised in Ministry of Labor
