Responsibilities:
Manage and deliver end-to-end Identity and Access Management (IAM) Projects
Understand clients’ IAM requirements and their digital identity threat landscape
Collaborate with stakeholders and develop organization wide strategy and implementation plans for the clients’ which includes IAM solutions such as Identity Governance and Administration, Access Management, Privileged Access Management, Credentials Managements, etc.
Serve as a trusted advisor to the clients’ and understand their business priorities which can be enhanced using IAM solutions
Prepare RFP responses with a tailored solution based on clients’ business and technical requirements
Assist in solutioning, team building, interviewing and training of the resources
Follow internal organization processes for the business development
Assess, plan, design, and deliver IAM solutions for large organizations with varying sizes and complexities
Develop quality project documentation
Lead a team of security professional, manage project resources, budget and ensure project delivery milestones are achieved
Effectively communicate within the team and with the clients’
Act as point of contact on all aspect of project delivery and quality
Keep up to date with the latest industry developments and trends
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and/or experience
10+ years of experience with IT security
5+ years of experience with IT security management
6+ years of experience with IAM solutions implementation
Experience in delivering projects involving one or more IAM related projects
Experience in assessing client environments for IAM practices
Experience in assessing existing IAM solutions implementation
Experience in developing IAM assessment reports, IAM policies, IAM strategies, IAM frameworks
Strong understanding of IAM processes
Experience in developing IAM processes for complex environments
Experience in documenting requirements including use cases, testing cases, processes, and technical specifications
Strong knowledge on IAM concepts
Strong knowledge on key IGA concepts such as Identity lifecycle, identity governance, access provisioning, access de-provisioning, role-based access control, role mining, top-down and bottom-up role management, segregation of duties, access certification, reconciliation, reporting, etc.
Strong knowledge on key access management concepts such as directory services, authentication, authorization, single sign-on, federation, multi-factor authentication (MFA), adaptive MFA, IdP, privilege access, etc.
Strong understanding of how to implement concepts such as passwordless authentication, zero trust model, SASE, etc.
Strong technical skills and experience in architecting and implementing at least one or more solutions such as SailPoint IIQ, SailPoint IdentityNow, One Identity, IBM IGI, Saviynt, ForgeRock, Okta, Microsoft Entra ID, Ping Identity, etc.
Strong technical skills and experience in architecting and implementing at least one or more PAM solutions such as Beyond Trust PasswordSafe, Beyond Trust Privileged Remote Access, CyberArk, CyberArk Secrets Manager, Delinea, etc.
Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, OCI, GCP, Alibaba
Experience in developing technical documentation such as technical architecture, operational guides, end-user guides, etc.
Proficient with Microsoft Office suite esp. with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Experience with project management, issue trackers and budget management tools
Understanding of Agile methodology
Ability to work in highly dynamic project teams, proactive, facilitation, coordination and negotiation skills
Ability to manage clients’ and project status reporting with clients’ project teams and leadership
Preferred product certifications such as SailPoint IIQ, ForgeRock, Ping Identity, Microsoft Entra ID, BeyondTrust, Delinea, CyberArk, etc.
Preferred professional certification such as Certified Identity and Access Manager (CIAM) or Certified Identity Management Professional (CIMP) or other Cybersecurity or cloud certifications.
