Key Responsibilities:
– Sourcing investors leads through online/offline channels to ensure a healthy pipeline.
– Nurturing existing client relationships to ensure the business is grown and retained.
– Working closely with the compliance team to assist in smooth investor onboarding.
– Constantly optimizing investor conversion strategies to achieve monthly targets and other metrics like calls, emails, etc.
– Timely and effective use of our CRM to document and track all your leading indicators.
– Seeking new opportunities and nurturing existing relationships to identify new business opportunities.
– Meeting monthly origination amounts set by management.
– Conducting monthly analyses on and reviews of the portfolio.
– Building a network of business introducers in the professional and business community.
– Bilingual (English and Arabic).
– Proven ability to source new clients by using the referral system from existing relationships.
– Proven experience in leading the delivery of excellent customer service and proactively looking for innovative ways to improve the service delivered to customers.
– Communication, teamwork, organizational, and time management skills.
