IT Project Management - SME

We are seeking a highly experienced Project Management Subject Matter Expert with over 10 years of proven expertise. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in consultancy services, particularly within the public sector, along with demonstrated skills in monitoring, evaluation, and project management methodologies.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as a subject matter expert in project management, providing guidance and expertise to project teams.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify project requirements, objectives, and deliverables.
• Develop and implement project management frameworks and methodologies to ensure project success.
• Conduct comprehensive project assessments and evaluations to identify areas for improvement.
• Provide consultancy services to clients, offering insights and recommendations to optimize project outcomes.
• Lead training sessions and workshops to enhance project management capabilities within the organization.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in project management to inform decision-making.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with project goals and objectives.
• Maintain documentation and records related to project management processes and activities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Information Systems Management, or similar field.
• 10+ years of experience in project management, with a focus on consultancy services.
• Proven expertise in the public sector and familiarity with governmental processes and procedures.
• Strong understanding of project management frameworks and methodologies.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Certification in project management (e.g., PMP) is preferred.
• Proficiency in Arabic and English languages (written and spoken).
