Job Purpose:

The IT delivery Manager will manage to coordinate the efforts of different teams to ensure that incident and problem tickets are addressed and delivered in a timely and efficient manner as per the set SLAs and agreed TATs. He/she also monitors the service delivery KPIs and prepare management reports on a regular basis.  He/she continuously evaluate IT processes, identify possible gaps, areas of improvement and implement changes as needed.

• Ensures that service level agreements are met, and that the services provided meet the required quality standards.
• Ensures availability and accuracy of all service delivery documentations.
• Tracks and monitors the performance of services, identifies areas for improvement, and implements changes as needed.

Person Specification:

• Bachelor degree in any IT\Business related fields.
• +9 years of banking experience.
• Knowledge in developing strategies for excellence.
• Ability to bring ideas to improve service levels.
