Job DescriptionJob Purpose:The Key Accounts Executive (KAE) is responsible for the business development plans for AMICO’s key customers and coordinating with the AMICO network in implementing the plans in all the locations where the Key Customers are present. The KAE is responsible for creating and maintaining strong relations with AMICO’s key customers and is AMICO’s single point of contact in the strategic relationship management with the Customers. Key Responsibilities
Create and maintain close working relations with key accounts as assigned
Develop customer development plans and work with the AMICO network to execute them
Negotiate and agree the development plan with the customer including the commercial terms (price, discounts, marketing support, training support, etc.)
Classify key accounts according to volume and nature of business and other metrics
Regularly monitor and report on activity levels and satisfaction levels of key clients
Act as a single point of contact for discussions on strategic and commercial issues with the Customers
Promote a positive image of AMICO with all key clients
Coordinate internal AMICO operations in the service of key clients (ordering, delivery, installation, maintenance)
Act as a focal point internally for all key accounts related issues
Identify and immediately work towards resolving any issues/problems related to key accounts
Regularly report to KSA Country Manager on business activities with key clients
Other Important Accountabilities: - Gain understanding of internal processes of key clients, including decision making process, ordering and purchasing process, tendering process and other AMICO impacting processes - Provide key account input into annual revenue and GPM targets - Assist in sales and presentations conducted for key accounts -Obtain and shares intelligence on competitive activity with all key accounts - Analyse activity with key accounts based on tenders won and lost, purchases by product line, profitability and other metrics
