As a Key Accounts Executive at Retailo your primary responsibility is to manage and nurture key accounts to ensure long-term business relationships and growth. You will work closely with key customers, understanding their needs and providing solutions that meet their requirements. Your role is crucial in driving revenue, fostering client satisfaction, and contributing to the overall success of the organization.


Key Responsibilities:


1-Key Account Management:


  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, becoming their primary point of contact within the company.


  • Understand the specific needs, objectives, and challenges of each key account and tailor solutions accordingly. 


2-Account Growth:


  • Identify opportunities for account growth and revenue expansion within key accounts.


  • Collaborate with the sales and product teams to present new offerings or upsell existing services to key customers.


3-Customer Satisfaction:


  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by proactively addressing concerns and delivering exceptional service.


  • Act as a problem solver and mediator, working to resolve any issues that may arise.


4-Account Planning:


  • Develop and implement account plans, setting clear objectives and strategies for each key account.


  • Monitor progress and regularly report on key account performance and achievements.


5-Data Analysis:


  • Utilize data and market insights to identify trends, opportunities, and threats within key accounts.


  • Provide data-driven recommendations for optimizing account performance.


6-Cross-functional Collaboration:


  • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to meet key account needs and deliver on promises.


7-Contract and Agreement Management:


  • Manage and renew contracts, agreements, and service level agreements (SLAs) with key accounts.


Location: We are hiring for a position in Jeddah, Medina, Makkah and Abha.


Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business, sales, or a related field.


  • Proven experience in key account management, sales, or business development.


  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.


  • Exceptional negotiation and problem-solving abilities.


  • Data-driven mindset with proficiency in data analysis.


  • Strong organizational and time management skills.


  • Customer-focused with a dedication to delivering outstanding service
