On behalf of our client, we are recruiting an Lead Key Account (HORECA). Job Summary :
To meet the annual targets of sales in
accordance with the Company’s goals and to Implement the channels
objective/strategy through being the main contact for existing and new
customers to generate/improve sales in Key Account customers/clients by
negotiation and positive client relations improvement.
Responsibilities:
Aid in developing
sales plans, budgets, and strategies for Key Account clients to surpass annual
targets, focusing on enhancing product visibility, outperforming competitors,
and fostering positive client relationships.
Serve as the primary
contact for existing and new customers, negotiating sales growth and gathering
data to assess Key Account performance.
Assist in forecasting
volume, managing inventory, and collaborating cross-departmentally to ensure
superior service levels and customer satisfaction.
Develop distribution
and in-store visibility plans regionally for effective implementation, while
tracking Long-Term Agreements (LTA) to manage P&L and achieve sales goals.
Optimize
cost-to-serve, manage account visibility investments, and conduct customer
engagements to meet performance standards.
Adhere to
organizational policies, systems, processes, and procedures, ensuring
compliance with corporate requirements and regulatory directives for a safe
environment.
Requirements
·Education
and Certifications
Bachelor’s
degree or master’s of Business Administration or relevant qualification.
·Experience
3-4
years of experience in Sales and Key Account Management in HORECA Sales.
Emphasis on sales of protein (Meat, Poultry, Fish, Condiments)
