Charterhouse is working with an international Law Firm, who is looking to hire an enthusiastic Legal PA to join their successful team.
About the role
Based in Riyadh, KSA, the international law firm is looking for a pro-active Legal PA to provide exceptional legal support in their busy office environment. This role will be expected to multi-task workloads, such as complex diary management, email management, scheduling meetings and handling correspondence.
The PA must be able to perform various administrative duties, drafting and proof-reading documents, putting together PowerPoints, organising and attending meetings, and taking minutes. Additionally, this role may support the Business Development Team in assisting in events, pitches, marketing and carry out any adhoc duties where required.
About you
To be considered for this role, the successful candidate must have experience working within a busy, corporate environment and be fully IT literate in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook. Further Education in the related field is preferred.
The ideal candidate will have a professional and personable approach with attention to detail and exceptional organisational skills, with eagerness to grow. Communication skills in English are essential, both verbal and written.
