As a Manager Business Development, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with Real Estate Developers, relevant government entities, built-out contractors, design consultants and other industry influencers, to sell Bayut’s Architecture and Design services for their projects.


Responsibilities


●       Research regarding the key stakeholders of the industry influencing Architecture & Design products in the KSA market;


●       Make a list of possible projects that might need our Architecture and Design services;


●       Approach the right stakeholders to pitch our product;


●       Generate leads and prospects to meet the parameters for overall revenue targets;


●       Keep an eye out for government tenders and contracts being floated for the Arch & Design Products;


●       Work with other departments like legal, Arch & Design team, etc., to prepare proposals, tenders and contracts;


●       Help the commercial team to price the product right in light of market trends;


●       Visit the relevant market forces to help secure projects or relevant information;


●       Attend events that will help develop networks with the industry stakeholders;


●       Develop business strategy to achieve organisational Business goals and revenues;


●       Once a project is onboarded, constantly engage with the clients throughout the execution process;


●       Explore new venues for business development not only in Arch & Design but also in other services like studios, transactions project acquisition or classifieds services;


●       Report KPI performance on a periodic basis to the management;


●       Collect customer feedback and market research and channel it internally for effective measures and follow-ups.
