MEP Estimators 

For a contracting and building materials company located in Al Khobar and operating all over Saudi Arabia.

The Mechanical Electrical and Plumbing Estimator's key responsibilities will include supporting Project teams in developing and maintaining detailed budgets for MEP and low-voltage specialties both in the Preconstruction and the Construction Phases.

Preferably from Philippines or India

Resident of Saudi Arabia

Transferable iqama is a MUST

2 to 5 years of experience

Able to join within 3 weeks.

Packages to be determined based on interviews.

Responsibilities:

·        Employ constructability and value engineering methods to assist the team in maintaining budget and making design decisions

·        Establish and maintain Project specific cost data

·        Supports the bidding process by development and preparation of MEP System cost estimates for projects and services as assigned.

·        Estimates project costs as it relates to the MEP Systems

·        Use software to calculate costs, check quotes and submit tenders

·        Uphold the accuracy and reliability of cost evaluations throughout the entirety of projects.

·        Deliver final estimates of budgets and cost plans

Working Conditions

• Work is either based in an office or at a construction site
• Tight deadlines are expected when working on a tender
