Build and maintain strategic
relationships with the top National & International brands.
Identify, analyze,
and pursue potential opportunities, as well as emerging trends to partner for
empowering Resal Product Catalogue.
Negotiate
commercials to benefit Resal profitability.
Set Targets: Meet or
exceed Resal stated targets and Company Goals.
2- Serve and care for key partners:
Act as the partners
internal advocate to deliver best-in-class satisfaction, including coordination
with internal and external groups.
Qualifying potential
major partners through prospect research and coordinate closely with
partnership head and transitioning relationship.
3- Manage internal
process:
Manages the
Partnership Management Department mandates, providing leadership and facilitating
work processes in order to achieve high performance standards.
Ensures compliance
with organizational policies, procedures, and quality standards in the
Partnership Management Department.
4- Key internal working relationship:
Working closely with Finance, Operations, Marketing, Engineering.
Requirements
Degree qualification preferably in Business - marketing
Proven success record in partnership acquisition with
ability to identify, negotiate, develop zero to one partnership projects.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
