Key Responsibilities

• Designing and implementing employees development initiatives.
• Conducting job evaluation & job analysis.
• Maintaining competencies framework.
• Developing and updating job descriptions
• Developing and implementing Talent Management initiatives & programs e.g. (Succession Planning, Career Path, Individual Development Plans, retention programs & etc.)
• participate in compensations & benefits structuring and benchmarking.
• Conduct & analyse employees engagement.
• Preparing periodic reports, dashboard and metrics.
• Developing & Updating HR Policies & Procedures.
• Coordinate the implementation of the Performance Management System.
• Head the Manpower planning.

Key Requirements:

• Excellent written & spoken communication skills
• Good knowledge of Saudi Labor law.
• Ability to handle multiple responsibilities and meet deadlines.
• Good in spoken and written English.
• Very good in MS Office; Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
• Presentation skills.
• Good analytical skills.

Key Qualifications:

• Bachelor Degree in Human Resources Management or related field.
• 2-4 years of relevant experience preferably in the IT industry.
• Professional certification e.g. CIPD, SHRM or C-KPI is a plus.
