Operations Manager (Manpower division)

As the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the Manpower division, including recruitment, onboarding, and management of temporary and permanent staff across various industries. Eram Talent is dedicated to providing exceptional recruitment solutions to our clients, leveraging our global network and expertise in industries such as Oil & Gas, Energy, Infrastructures, Transportation, and Healthcare.

• Manage the overall operations of the Manpower division, including recruitment, placement, and retention of temporary and permanent staff
• Develop and implement strategies to attract and retain top talent
• Collaborate with clients to understand their workforce needs and provide tailored staffing solutions
• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to employee hiring and employment
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and business partner
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to drive operational efficiency and productivity
• Provide leadership and direction to a team of recruiters and staffing coordinators
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the division's performance
