We're looking for 3 experienced Oracle Techno-Functional SMEs specializing in HR to join a client engagement on a 3-month contract basis. This is an on-site role in Riyadh.

Role Overview: As a Techno-Functional SME, you'll bridge the gap between HR business processes and Oracle technical implementation, providing subject matter expertise across configuration, troubleshooting, and database-level support.
Key Responsibilities:Provide techno-functional support for Oracle HR modulesPerform hands-on Oracle Database (Oracle DB) work — queries, troubleshooting, performance tuningCollaborate with HR and technical teams to resolve issues and optimize processesSupport configuration, testing, and issue resolution across the Oracle HR landscapeRequirements:Proven experience as an Oracle Techno-Functional SME in HR/HCMStrong hands-on experience with Oracle Database (SQL, PL/SQL, troubleshooting)Solid understanding of HR business processes within Oracle systemsAbility to work on-site for the full contract durationImmediate or short-notice availability (Already holding IQAMA)
