Scope of Position
The People and Culture Manager is responsible for maintaining and enhancing the People and Culture Department so that it embodies every aspect of the Mission and Vision of MOHG. Engaging with and supporting all activities in day-to-day operation of People and Culture function in the hotel, which includes: planning and implementing policies in recruitment & selection, compensation & benefits, colleague relations, safety & health, and management organization and practices.
