Planning Engineer

A leading construction company in the Eastern Province of Saudi Arabia is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Planning Engineer to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role and possess a strong background in construction planning and scheduling. Responsibilities:

1. Develop and maintain project schedules using Primavera P6 or similar software.
2. Create detailed work plans and monitor progress against the established schedule.
3. Ensure that all projects are completed on time and within budget.
4. Collaborate with project managers to identify potential risks and develop contingency plans.
5. Track and analyze project performance data, including cost, schedule, and quality metrics.
6. Prepare progress reports and present findings to project stakeholders.
7. Provide guidance and support to project teams in the development and implementation of work plans.
8. Participate in project meetings and contribute to the decision-making process.
9. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in construction planning and scheduling.

Preferred Candidate:

1. Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
2. Proven experience in construction planning and scheduling.
3. Excellent knowledge of Primavera P6 or similar planning software.
4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
5. Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
