Planning Engineer

We are Sisco Jobs, a recruitment consultancy based in Trichy, Tamil Nadu. We are hiring on behalf of our client for the position of Planning Engineer in Saudi Arabia. Our client is a reputed organization in the Engineering / Construction Consulting sector seeking skilled, motivated professionals. • Develop and maintain project schedules using planning software.
  
• Monitor project progress and update timelines regularly.
  
• Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, and stakeholders.
  
• Analyze project delays and recommend corrective actions.
  
• Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports.
  
• Track resource utilization and project productivity.
  
• Support budgeting and cost-control activities.
  
• Ensure project milestones are achieved within planned timelines.
  

1. Primavera P6 – Project scheduling and baseline management.
   
2. Project Planning – Developing execution and delivery plans.
   
3. Resource Planning – Efficient manpower and equipment allocation.
   
4. Progress Monitoring – Tracking project performance and milestones.
   
5. Cost Control – Supporting budget and expenditure tracking.

Experience requirement is not specified in the posting. Typical experience range for a Planning Engineer role is 3–8 years in construction, infrastructure, oil & gas, or industrial projects with hands-on scheduling and project controls exposure.

• Minimum: Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering / Mechanical Engineering (Typical)
  
• Preferred: Master's Degree in Project Management or Engineering
