We are looking for Project Manager (Saudi National) for our Project & Development Services business line.

Project: Saudi Aramco Built Government Schools – Phase III

The Project Manager is responsible for the successful delivery of the assigned capital improvement project. The Project Manager manages the day-to-day efforts related to programming, planning, design, construction and activation of projects for JLL on a dedicated account under the general supervision of the Project Director. Ensures completion of projects within budget, on schedule and meeting all program objectives and appropriate governmental regulations. Acts as liaison between the client/users and all other project participants including consultants, contractors, vendors and outside jurisdictional agencies.
Essential Functions

• Ensure that project members understand what is expected of them and what they should expect from one another. Leads the Project Planning Activities. The project manager directs the creation, approval, and ongoing change control of the project plan.
• Major duties and responsibilities of the position organized from most important to least important.
• Reports to: Project Director
• Coordinates with: Consultants, Contractors, Vendors, Junior Staff Frequent Contacts: (inside and outside the firm and Clients), Engineering & Maintenance, Environmental Health & Safety, Accounts Payable, consultants (architects/engineers), regulatory agencies, Building Department personnel, construction contractors, equipment vendors and others, as required.

As a Project Manager at JLL, you will be responsible for executing project goals and strategic leadership. Your knowledge of construction projects from start to finish will speak to your holistic approach to client needs. Your influence will be founded in facilitating critical stakeholder meetings, providing on-site project leadership and applying financial acumen to meet client goals.
Creating strategic and collaborative solutions
You are an individual who focuses on creating an energized and collaborative environment. As a Project Manager, you will contribute to the establishment and refinement of work quality, cultural initiatives and best practices to drive results as a team. Success will be measured by your ability to execute and deliver projects within schedule and Budget.

You are people focused, seeking out and understanding the needs, perspectives and motivations of clients and team members alike. Your ability to manage client and vendor relationships will allow for seamless conflict resolution, account maintenance, and overall development of client relationships. You will demonstrate the ability to contribute to the culture and the team by providing onsite leadership to ensure performance criteria and standards are being met.
Education and Experience

• A bachelor’s degree in architecture, Engineering or Construction Management preferred.
• Three to five (3-5) years of relevant experience related to project management.
• Commercial construction project management experience is preferred but not required.

Both verbal and written communication skills are vital, and of course you’ll be good at establishing relationships with all levels of the organization & external clients

The real estate and construction industries are consistently changing with technology. You’ll need to make technology work to your advantage. You must demonstrate proficiency in the use and application of project management technology tools and continually seek opportunities to develop your skillset.
