QC Inspector

We are currently seeking a skilled and detail-oriented QC Inspector to join our team in the Eastern Province of Saudi Arabia. As a QC Inspector, you will be responsible for ensuring that all products and processes meet the required quality standards. You will play a crucial role in maintaining the reputation of our company for delivering high-quality products to our customers.

Responsibilities:

1. Conduct inspections and quality control tests on incoming materials, in-process production, and finished products to ensure compliance with established quality standards.
2. Identify and report any non-conformance issues and work closely with the production team to address and resolve them in a timely manner.
3. Maintain accurate and detailed records of all quality control activities, including test results, inspection reports, and non-conformance issues.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement quality improvement initiatives and provide recommendations for process enhancements.
5. Perform regular audits of production processes to ensure adherence to quality standards and identify areas for improvement.
6. Participate in the development and implementation of quality control procedures and work instructions.
7. Train and educate production team members on quality control procedures and best practices.
8. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in quality control methodologies and technologies.

Preferred Candidate:

1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in quality control or inspection role.
2. Strong knowledge of quality control standards and methodologies.
3. Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
4. Ability to work independently and make sound decisions.
5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
7. Proficient in using quality control tools and software.
8. Knowledge of ISO standards and certification is a plus.
