JASARA PMC, a leading construction and project management company, is currently seeking a Quality & HSE Assurance Manager to join our team. As a Quality & HSE Assurance Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and safety of our projects by developing, implementing, and managing quality and HSE assurance systems and processes. You will collaborate with project teams to identify and address quality and safety issues, conduct regular inspections and audits, and develop corrective action plans. The ideal candidate has a strong background in quality management and HSE assurance within the construction industry and is highly skilled in implementing quality and safety assurance strategies.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement quality and HSE assurance systems and processes Review and analyze project documentation and specifications to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards Conduct inspections and audits to identify quality and safety issues Collaborate with project teams to develop and implement corrective action plans Monitor and track quality and safety performance indicators Provide guidance and support to project teams regarding quality and safety assurance practices
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field 10+ years of experience in quality management and HSE assurance within the construction industry Strong knowledge of quality and safety assurance systems and processes Experience in conducting inspections and audits Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment Certifications in quality management and HSE assurance are a plus* Proficiency in Arabic and English Spoken and written.
