Quantity Surveyor (UAE)

The Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for estimating costs, managing the procurement process, and ensuring compliance with contractual requirements.

• Carry out cost estimates and prepare bids for construction projects
• Review tender and contract documents
• Prepare detailed quantity take-offs from architectural and engineering drawings
• Analyze and evaluate cost breakdowns, material requirements, and labor expenses
• Manage and oversee the procurement process, including vendor selection
• Monitor project costs and provide regular reports to stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and relevant regulations
• Collaborate with project teams to identify cost-saving opportunities
• Handle any contractual disputes or claims related to cost
• Stay updated with industry trends and developments in cost estimation
