Roles & Responsibilities:


  • Present, promote, and sell products/services using persuasive arguments to both existing and prospective customers.
  • Conduct cost-benefit and needs analyses of existing/potential customers to address their requirements effectively.
  • Establish, foster, and nurture positive business and customer relationships to ensure long-term loyalty and satisfaction.
  • Initiate contact with potential customers through cold calling initiatives.
  • Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize overall satisfaction and retention.
  • Meet or exceed agreed-upon sales targets and objectives within designated timeframes.
  • Coordinate sales efforts collaboratively with team members and across various departments.
  • Provide management with comprehensive reports detailing customer needs, concerns, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
  • Stay informed about industry best practices and promotional trends to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Actively seek and implement feedback to enhance performance continuously and results.
