As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for winning business. Developing vision on an important market on the level of a product line with a long term perspective. You will be Leading sales development processes for this market, addressing sales coverage and growing the business.

In this role, you will be responsible for:



· Owning Baker Hughes Valves Orders operating plan for the assigned territory while meeting quarterly and annual orders commitment and sales metrics.
· Having a proactive approach to sales, driving growth targets and address volume, and timing and building customer relationships at different levels for the purpose of business development and Sales.
· Developing customer strategies, marketing campaign plans, conduct sales presentations and generate new opportunities.
· Developing consultants awareness with various Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC’s) and work with them to secure wining projects .
· Owning regional future planning and forecasting for Baker Hughes Valves products in the region specified.
· Leading cross-functional coordination with the Commercial Operations, Services, Engineering and Project Management teams.

To be successful in this role you will:



· Have a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Instruments Engineering from an accredited university/college.
· Have 5 years of experience in sales, application engineering with minimum 3 years of experience in Valves.
· Have experience dealing with the Oil & Gas, Power and Industrial industries.
· Have immense Middle East experience & knowledge
· Have immense Saudi Market (western & South ) region experience & knowledge

The coworker I'm most proud of is the one that's facing these challenging times and dealing with it in the most positive way, really. He already has a heavy workload and has been forced to take on other duties now, like take care of his parents, and being a teacher to his kids. It's a lot for anyone to handle, and he does it with a smile and just a positive attitude. To me, it's great that he's humble enough to say, "Guys, this is what I can do, "this is what I can't do, this is when I can work, "this is when I can't work." I think a lot of us would be nervous to do that, in terms of maybe the feedback we'd be afraid of getting, or just the attitude people might have towards us, but I really respect that he sets realistic expectations and still gets his job done, even though he's facing all these challenges.
