- Greet customers warmly and approach them to offer assistance.
- Provide product knowledge and recommendations to customers based on their needs and preferences.
- Assist customers in finding products, sizes, and colors, and guide them through the shopping experience.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally and in a timely manner.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales floor, including restocking shelves and arranging merchandise displays.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the store.
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred but not required.
- Experience in furniture, textiles, apparel shops is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Friendly, approachable demeanor with a passion for helping others.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
- Basic math skills and proficiency in using a POS system (training will be provided).
- Proficiency in Arabic. Basic English.
