Purpose and Objective:


Altivate seeks a Sales Director in Riyadh, to be on the top of our Sales team, responsible for the whole sales operations and deliverables including and not limited to prospecting, qualifying, selling, and closing software/service revenue for both new and existing Altivate customers.


Job Summary:


Accountable for sustaining and enhancing the continious growth of Altivate's SAP business in KSA and in the region, in alignment with the CEO the Sales Director will be assuring his sales team are always on the right track of meeting and exceeding Altivate's goals!


Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Working hand-in-hand with the sales team to build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-making executives within the assigned industries in the region.
  • Formulate deliberate sales plans including short-term and long-term sales strategies for each region, customer profiles, targeted programs, application descriptions, forecast reports, and action items.
  • Develop and maintain technical and marketing knowledge of the different SAP products for the Sales team.
  • Maintain and continuously update an in-depth knowledge of all key competitors.
  • Assume full responsibility of quota attainment in alignment with Altivate's plans.

Skills, knowledge, capabilities and experience required:


  • 10+ years of experience in sales/business development related discipline specifically in ERP solutions and preferrable in SAP products
  • A solid history of achieving large ERP closures in KSA and the region.
  • Excellent managerial skills and general soft skills including interpersonal skills, communication skills, problem solving skill, presentation skills, negotiation skills and customer facing skills.
  • Must be fluent in both Arabic and English.
