Senior Executive Manager - Project Engineer
Job Description
• Lead and supervise engineering projects from conception to fit out delivery, ensuring adherence of project scope, timelines, budget, quality standards, risk and customer satisfaction.
• Lead the assessment of project feasibility, taking into consideration budgetary constraints, resource requirements, and technical feasibility.
• Develop detailed project plans, budgets, and timelines, and ensure efficient project execution and delivery.
• Stay up to date with advancements in engineering technologies, methodologies, and industry standards, and incorporate relevant changes into project designs.
• Provide technical guidance and support to resolve complex engineering issues and challenges during project implementation.
• Ensure smooth transitioning to FM for operation.
• Conduct thorough risk assessments and implement necessary mitigation strategies to minimize project risks and ensure successful project outcomes.
• Develop AOP with alignment of the business strategy
• Manage relationships with external vendors and contractors, ensuring deliverables are met, maintaining a high standard of workmanship, and negotiating contracts and pricing
• Collaborate with cross-functional internal & external teams, including business units, design offices, vendors and suppliers and 3rd parties, to define project objectives, technical specifications, and resolve potential challenges.
• Communicate effectively with various stakeholders, providing regular project updates, managing expectations, and addressing concerns in a professional and timely manner
• Collaborate with the engineering team to develop and enhance internal processes, tools, and best practices, with a focus on continuous improvement.
• Mentor and coach junior engineers, providing guidance, knowledge sharing, and assisting with their professional growth.
