As a Project Manager at Agility Logistics Parks, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful execution of industrial construction projects, with a focus on efficiency, quality, and safety. You will lead project teams, coordinate with stakeholders, and ensure project objectives are met within scope, schedule, and budget constraints.


Project Planning and Execution:


  • Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets in collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Oversee project execution, monitoring progress against milestones and deliverables, and taking proactive measures to address issues and risks.
  • Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations throughout the construction process.

 Stakeholder Management:


  • Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, including clients, contractors, suppliers, and regulatory authorities.
  • Facilitate regular communication and collaboration among stakeholders to align expectations, address concerns, and resolve conflicts in a timely manner.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to support project success and future business opportunities 

Resource allocation and management:


  • Allocate resources, including manpower, materials, and equipment, to support project activities and optimize project performance.
  • Supervise and mentor project team members, providing guidance, coaching, and feedback to ensure their professional development and project success.
  • Manage subcontractors and vendors, including procurement activities, contract negotiations, and performance evaluations

 Budget and cost control:


  • Monitor project expenditures against budget allocations, identifying variances and implementing cost-saving measures as needed.
  • Review and approve project-related invoices, change orders, and procurement requests, ensuring accuracy and adherence to financial policies and procedures.
  • Prepare regular financial reports and forecasts to track project financial performance and inform decision-making by senior management 

Risk Management and Mitigation:


  • Identify project risks and develop risk mitigation strategies to minimize the impact on project outcomes.
  • Implement risk management processes, including risk assessment, mitigation planning, and contingency planning, to proactively address potential issues and ensure project success.
  • Monitor project risks throughout the project lifecycle, updating risk registers and risk management plans as needed to maintain project resilience
