Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior QA Engineer to join our team. The Senior QA Engineer will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products across a range of projects. The successful candidate will work closely with our development teams to design and implement effective testing strategies, automate testing processes, and identify and report software defects. Responsibilities:
Develop and implement comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scenarios for web frontend, backend, and mobile applications. Conduct functional, integration, regression, and performance testing to ensure the reliability and stability of software products. Collaborate with development teams to identify and prioritize testing requirements and areas for improvement. Design and implement automated testing scripts and frameworks using industry-standard tools and technologies. Execute manual and automated tests, analyze test results, and identify and report software defects. Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to communicate test results and provide recommendations for resolution. Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in quality assurance and testing.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in software quality assurance, with a focus on web frontend, backend, and mobile applications. Strong understanding of testing methodologies, techniques, and best practices. Experience with test automation frameworks and tools such as Selenium, Cypress, Jest, or similar. Proficiency in programming languages such as JavaScript, TypeScript, or Python. Experience working with a diverse range of modern technologies and frameworks relevant to quality assurance. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues and propose effective solutions. Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously. ISTQB or other relevant certifications are a plus.
