Job Purpose

Expert for the business in SAP Business Warehouse (BI 7.5 on HANA). Ensuring a significant role in the development/optimize & support HANA Modelling on BW application. Having a knowledge integrated planning and able to fix the failed data loads that have planning functions and planning sequences.




Key Accountability Areas

Testing and Troubleshooting:


  • Experience with administering, monitoring, troubleshooting, analyzing, and resolving technical problems arises from the technical development.
  • Experience required with capturing and documenting non-functional requirements, interpreting non-technical requirements, defining the architecture, preparing estimates, and defining technical solutions to proposals.
  • Hands-on experience working with SAP BW powered by HANA, standard and custom SAP BW Extractors, complex transformations (Routines), advanced DSOs, composite providers, exposing BW models as HANA views, mixed scenarios, HANA Analysis process in BW and LSA ++ best practice and performance optimization concepts.

Production Support:


  • Experience required in performance tuning of the HANA models.
  • Able to manage complex ABAP routines and debug current routines.
  • Knowledge of integrated planning and able to fix failed data loads that have planning functions and planning sequences experience.

Continuous Improvement:


  • Hands-on experience with SAP (Native) HANA data modeling (Hana views)
  • Experience required with SAP (Native) HANA and SAP BW Security concepts including User Management, Roles, and Privileges.
  • Strong Techno Functional Knowledge in various modules like FI, SCM, CO, CO-PA, Logistics.
  • Knowledge in SAP security & GRC knowledge on SAP BW/BI
  • Strong knowledge in visualization tools like BO/SAC/power bi

  • Coordinate well-defined written systems, policies, procedures, and seek automations opportunities as much as possible.

  • Comply to related policy and procedures and work instructions.

Health, Safety, and Environment:


  • Ensure compliance of relevant safety, quality, and environmental management procedures and controls within defined area of work activity to guarantee safety, legislative compliance, and delivery of high-quality products/services.


Academic Qualification
Bachelor Degree in Information Mgmt. Sciences & Systems or Any relevant field
