• Review and evaluate sub-contract documentation, including terms and conditions
• Identify and assess risks associated with sub-contracts, and develop mitigation strategies
• Negotiate and finalize sub-contract agreements, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
• Monitor and track sub-contract performance, including deliverables, timelines, and budgets
• Resolve any issues or disputes that may arise during the execution of sub-contracts
• Collaborate with project teams and stakeholders to ensure effective communication and alignment
• Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards, regulations, and best practices
• Prepare and present reports on sub-contract performance to senior management and stakeholders
