We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Social Media Marketing Manager to join our team.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to promote webook.com and drive engagement among our target audience.
  • Align social media efforts with the overall marketing and business objectives.
  • Research, plan, and execute compelling social media content related to entertainment, sports, and experiences.
  • Collaborate with in-house designers, freelancers, and agencies to create visually appealing and shareable content.
  • Work closely with creative copywriters to ensure the messaging resonates with our diverse audience.
  • Maintain a consistent brand voice across all social media channels.
  • Develop and manage the social media marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
  • Monitor ad spend, analyze performance, and provide recommendations for optimization.
  • Collaborate with entertainment, sports, and experienced industry partners to plan and execute co-marketing campaigns.
  • Measure and report on the success of joint initiatives.
  • Understand the target audience and tailor content and strategies to resonate with their interests and preferences.
  • Develop and manage social media advertising campaigns, optimizing ad performance for various objectives.
  • Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics to provide insights, track progress, and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Maintain and enhance the brand's tone and voice across all social media platforms.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in social media marketing.
  • Handle any potential social media crises or negative comments professionally and proactively.
  • Utilize data and research tools such as hashtag trends, Google Trends, and SEO keyword research to inform content creation and strategy.
  • Analyze social media metrics, generate insights, and adapt strategies for optimal performance.

  • Strong creative and storytelling skills with the ability to develop engaging content that drives user engagement and brand loyalty.
  • Proficiency in graphic design and multimedia tools to create visually appealing content.
  • Excellent copywriting and editing skills with a keen eye for detail.

  • Strong analytical skills to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for optimization
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey brand messaging and engage with the target audience.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
  • Customer-centric mindset with the ability to understand customer preferences and tailor content accordingly.
  • Proactive and adaptable to changing social media trends and algorithms.
  • Passion for staying updated with the latest industry trends, tools, and best practices.

Key Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • Proven work experience from 6 to 8 years in social media marketing, preferably in a managerial role.
  • In-depth understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
  • Experience with social media management tools and analytics platforms.
