Our client, a premier hospitality organization in Saudi Arabia, seeks an
accomplished European Soft Service Manager with over 15 years of experience in
the hotel and accommodation sector. This leadership role is geared towards a
highly skilled expatriate who will drive the excellence of soft services within
the organization’s properties.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage the delivery of all soft services, including housekeeping, laundry, and front office operations.
Implement and maintain the highest standards of service, ensuring guest satisfaction.
Coordinate with various departments to optimize the efficiency and quality of services.
Develop and administer training programs for service staff to enhance their skills.
Manage budgets and ensure cost-effective operations without compromising service quality.
Stay abreast of industry trends and implement best practices in soft services management.
Handle guest relations and address service-related feedback or issues.
Requirements
Minimum 15 years of experience in managing soft services within the hotel or luxury accommodation sectors in west European Countries
Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage large teams.
Excellent understanding of the hospitality industry’s standards and expectations.
Strong organizational and communication skills, with proficiency in English.
Proven track record of improving service delivery and guest satisfaction.
Willingness to relocate to Saudi Arabia and adapt to its cultural environment.
