Job Description:Our Saudi based client is seeking an entry-level management Store Manager with a refined sensibility for luxury fashion and a proven aptitude for retail operations. This individual will be entrusted with the responsibility of driving sales, optimizing the customer experience, and upholding the brand's reputation for unparalleled quality and craftsmanship. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years of experience in retail management within the high-end fashion sector, demonstrating an innate ability to lead a team, manage store operations effectively, and foster a culture of excellence and accountability. They must be adept at strategizing on-the-fly and interpreting retail analytics. As the frontline ambassador for the brand, the Store Manager will ensure the achievement of sales goals, implement visual standards, and execute promotional activities to heighten brand engagement and loyalty.Job Requirements:Must possess a minimum of 2 years of retail management experience, preferably within luxury fashion.Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Fashion Merchandising, or related field is preferred.Demonstrated proficiency in retail sales analysis and the ability to forecast trends and set targets accordingly.Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, P&L management, and inventory control.Exceptional leadership skills with experience in hiring, training, and performance management.Ability to deliver a consistent high-caliber customer service experience that aligns with the brand's luxury status.In-depth knowledge of current fashion trends, particularly within the luxury sector.Effective communicator with the ability to engage with a wide range of stakeholders, including customers, staff, and corporate partners.Highly organized with the capability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency in customer relationship management and retail management software.Flexibility to work various schedules including weekends, holidays, and extended hours.A keen eye for visual merchandising and the ability to maintain impeccable store presentation.Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals and KPIs.A strong sense of discretion and confidentiality.Ability to maintain composure and customer-focus while under pressure.Job Responsibilities:Manage daily store operations with an emphasis on sales performance, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence.Train, mentor, and motivate sales associates to achieve personal and store sales targets.Uphold our Client's standards of service and ensure the team represents the brand's image authentically.Conduct regular retail analytics reviews and adjust strategies to optimize sales performance.Oversee the implementation of visual merchandising directives and window displays in alignment with brand guidelines.Initiate and manage inventory audits, stock replenishment protocols, and loss prevention measures.Lead by example on the sales floor, personally demonstrating sales techniques and customer engagement practices that drive results.Execute promotional campaigns and in-store events to generate customer interest and maintain brand visibility.Spearhead local marketing initiatives to cultivate community relations and enhance brand awareness.Direct the recruitment process of new staff members, including interviewing, selecting, and onboarding.Conduct performance appraisals, set individual and team goals, and facilitate ongoing professional development.Foster a positive work environment and resolve any interpersonal conflicts that arise.Liaise with corporate offices to ensure compliance with all policies and procedures while providing feedback on market trends and customer needs.Ensure the safety and security of personnel and inventory at all times.Required Skills:Strong leadership and people management skills.Advanced understanding of luxury retail sales and the competitive landscape.Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.High proficiency in retail management systems and CRM software.Financial literacy with experience in managing store budgets and financial reporting.Expertise in inventory management and visual merchandising.Ability to interpret sales data and translate insights into actionable business strategies.Knowledge of effective recruiting and training practices.Skilled in conflict resolution and problem-solving.Effective oral and written communication abilities.Time management and prioritization expertise.Adaptability and capability to work in a dynamic retail environment.Profound understanding of the luxury market and consumer behavior.Ability to maintain a strong brand image and uphold company values.Commitment to continuous personal and professional growth.
