As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for attracting, sourcing, and hiring top talent for our organization. You will play a key role in identifying and engaging candidates, conducting interviews, and managing the overall recruitment process. The ideal candidate for this role will have a strong understanding of the hiring process, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to effectively collaborate with hiring managers and stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates.
  2. Utilize various channels, such as job boards, social media, and professional networks, to identify and engage potential candidates.
  3. Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screens to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
  4. Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and stakeholders.
  5. Conduct in-depth interviews to evaluate candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  6. Manage the recruitment process, including extending job offers and negotiating salary packages.
  7. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop job descriptions and specifications.
  8. Build and maintain relationships with candidates and provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  9. Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system.
  10. Track and analyze recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of sourcing strategies and make data-driven decisions.

Preferred Candidate:

  1. Minimum 1-5 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
  2. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  3. Strong knowledge of the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
  4. Experience using applicant tracking systems and other recruitment software.
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  6. Ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
  7. Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  8. Proactive and results-oriented mindset.
  9. Strong organizational and time management skills.
  10. High level of professionalism and confidentiality.

SSEM's Main Sectors: 1 - Power Division: Specialized in power generation, substations, transmission and distribution lines, SSEM has completed several large site projects mainly for the Electric Corporation (E.C.), all SCECO's, MODA (Ministry of Defense & Aviation) SWCC and other local authorities. Our services cover Engineering, procurement and construction on turnkey base (civil, electrical and mechanical) testing and commissioning. Our contribution in this sector includes the following range of projects: - Engineering, Procurement and Construction of Substations, range from [33kV up to 380kv] Saudi Services for Electro Mechanic Works Co. has been involved in Turnkey Execution of Projects throughout the Kingdom; for Saudi Electricity Company, Saudi Arabian Oil Company (Saudi ARAMCO), in addition to the Ministry of Defense & Aviation, King Saud University and the Social Insurance Fund. Accordingly, our company has been classified as Class 1 in these areas. 2 - Water Desalination, Transmission and Distribution Division: In the Water Sector, SSEM's contributions are not less important and the execution of several important vital projects is a proof, among them: Water supply systems for Riyadh, (from Wasia Wellfields), Makkah-Taif (from Shoaibah on the Red Sea coast), Zulfi and Quawiyah (R.O/EDR water desalting plants).
